Research shows that students can lose up to 20â30% of their academic gains over the summer if they do not stay engaged in meaningful learning. We want to help our students stay sharp while still enjoying a well-deserved break!
To support you, we are providing Summer Review Packets for all rising Kâ8 students. These packets include activities in Bible, Reading, and Math. Teachers will also be setting up Leaderboards in IXL so be sure to check their newsletters.
Students who log a minimum of 35 total hours of review work will be invited to an Ice Cream Party (with some non-dairy options) on Friday, August 8 to celebrate their dedication! All tracking forms must be submitted to classroom teachers at Meet the Teacher on August 5 so we can plan accordingly.
