These extracurricular programs offer students opportunities beyond the traditional classroom setting, allowing them to explore diverse interests, develop new skills, and build meaningful friendships.

Mondays

The primary emphasis will be on instructing essential martial arts skills, improving overall physical well-being, cultivating discipline, promoting self-confidence, and encouraging individual growth in a secure and engaging manner.

Students will learn the basics of ceramics in order to craft several 3D art projects. Different types of clay, paint, and glaze will be introduced.

Tuesdays

Performance Dates: 4/24/24 and 4/25/24

Ballet is a classical form that is the foundation for all types of dance. Classes will help dancers with posture, flexibility, balance, self-discipline, and self-confidence. The class focus will be to learn terminology and technique, correct body alignment, and to develop poise and grace.

*Black leotard, ballet pink tights, ballet pink shoes, and hair pulled back will be required for each class. There will be an additional fee for performance costume.

Participants engage in skill development, teamwork, and friendly matches, fostering a love for the sport while promoting physical activity and social interaction in a supportive setting.

Wednesdays

3:30-4:30pm

Start Date: 1/24/24 End Date: 2/28/24

This is an excellent chance to discover the world of golf. Learn basic skills, game etiquette, and good sportsmanship. If your child already has golf clubs, feel free to bring them along. If not, don't worry - we'll supply the equipment. Please note, lessons will take place at Dyer Park.

Players will build on performance and ability as they learn the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship. This is a NO contact program teaching players to run, catch, and pass the ball down the field.

Introduces science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through fun, exciting, hands-on learning.

Players will learn the fundamentals of basketball, including shooting, dribbling, and passing, with fun drills to build confidence and precision.

Thursdays

Performance Dates: 4/24/24 and 4/25/24

Classes will focus on the basics of tap while teaching musicality and rhythm. Dancers will develop strength of knees and ankles, coordination, and proper tap technique.

*Tan or nude tap shoes and hair pulled back will be required for each class.
*There will be an additional fee for performance costume.
