New Students
Application Policy
Thank you for your desire to partner with us for the developmental progress of your child's spiritual and educational journey. When applying to Trinity Christian School of Palm Beach Gardens the following items must be completed at the time of submission.
- Schedule a tour if you have not already done so
- Submit completed Online Application and application fee of $25 (Non-Refundable)
- Submit the following:
- Report Cards from past 2 years and current year, if applicable
- Most recent standardized assessment, if applicable
- Documentation of learning, emotional, physical and medical needs, if applicable
- Step Up for Students Eligibility Letter, if applicable
- Completed Teacher Referral Form
Once you have completed the application you will receive an email to confirm that your application has been submitted. Once all of the required forms are submitted to TCS, we will then proceed in processing paperwork. The areas reviewed for admission include conduct, effort, academics, and achievement test scores.
After we have completed the review of all the information received you will be contacted to schedule the following
- Admissions Testing (Elementary and Middle School Students - $40 Cash Fee)
- Interview with the Head of School and/or Preschool Director
- Shadow Day, if requested by administration
Admissions testing is an academic assessment by means of an approved standardized test and other screening instruments as may be deemed necessary. A fee of $40.00 is required to be paid in cash at the time of testing to the testing administrator.
When admission testing or previous school performances indicate a child may deviate from the normal academic performance levels of the school, a student may be required to participate in the appropriate grade level class for a day. The Administration shall make a final decision regarding the applicant.
Preschool Students
Students may only be registered for classes corresponding to their age as of September 1 of the school year for which they are registering (i.e. must be 3 years old by September 1 for the 3-year-old preschool program).
All three-year-old students and older must be able to properly use the toilet without assistance. (no Pull-Ups or diapers). Failure to do so will result in administrative withdrawal.
Enrollment Policy
Enrollment is open to students who can properly be educated within the framework of our existing programs and procedures.
Once you have completed all of the application requirements, if space permits, you will receive an offer to enroll at Trinity Christian School of Palm Beach Gardens. In order to complete the enrollment process, you must complete the Online Enrollment packet and pay the registration fee at the time of submission.
The following required documents must be submitted to the office prior to the student's first day of school.
- Current Health Form
- Immunization Form
- Birth Certificate
- Custody documents, if applicable
Current completed state of Florida health forms (Florida Certification of Immunization and School Entry Health Exam) certifying immunization for the prevention of those communicable diseases listed by state law are required from an applicant’s Physician and must be in the student’s school file prior to the student’s first day at Trinity Christian School. Enrollment is not open to students with communicable, notable and other known diseases that may represent a health hazard. This is determined at the sole judgment of the School Board and Administration.
A NON-REFUNDABLE registration fee is due at the time of enrollment.
Tuition Policy
Twelve Month Payment Plan:
Payments are due the first of the month from June through May. Tuition is due the 1st of each month, with the first payment due in June. June's payment must be received by June 15th or the student will be withdrawn.
Ten Month Payment Plan:
Payments are due the first of the month from July through May with the exception of January. Tuition is due the 1st of each month, with the first payment due in July. July's payment must be received by July 15th or the student will be withdrawn.
